Apparently everyone who works here is a manager. That's one, of many issues.
It's alright, their sales can be great but normal prices are a little high. The employees seemed friendly enough.
By that time my son was cranky and hungry and I had another 45 min drive back home.
I had them place a order for me for a couple items. I live 45 min away so when I call to ask if my order is in abs they say yes I have to plan a afternoon just to go get it. I also have to do this with a toddler. Not a small feat. I pack up the baby and head down. When I get to the store I'm told my order isn't there and it was a "misunderstanding". I then asked for my order to be returned and I didn't have the card I used on me but I was told that they couldn't help me (they couldn't even find the order) and I needed to call the number for the websight. Like just ZERO help, so obviously I get frustrated and the girl just gave me attitude X10!!
I use to work at Lane Bryant. I would hav been fired if I treated a customer the way I was treated.
Always helpful & clothing goes on sale often. Ev5if you are not plus size, size 00 & up will fit like an small-medium person
I love torrid ! Always have since I was a teenager . This one ... the worst I've everbeen to.The employees are just rude and seem like they are always confused . Will be going to Vegas as I always did before .
