The employees know very little about sneakers. They don't even know or care to look into certain release dates on exclusive shoes. I checked on the Footlocker website 2 weeks ago if a certain shoe would be releasing at this location. After confirming that it would, I called in the day before to confirm my size and tell them that I wanted a pair. The employee told me that they wouldn't be getting that shoe and acted like he knew nothing about what I was talking about. I ended up getting them online and paid for shipping just to find out 2 days later when I was in the store that they actually did get that sneaker release and my size was sitting on the shelf. I don't care about the extra $6 of shipping, I care that the employees don't know what they are doing and when you are in there, they don't care to even ask or offer help. It's always been a crappy location in my opinion.

I had a $150 Gift card in my pocket to Foot Locker. I knew I wanted a new pair of Jordans but I didn't know which ones. I walked in to the store and was not greeted by the employee who was sitting on the counter relaxing. No other customers were in the store. I browsed for about 5 or 10 minutes. After pulling several shoes off the shelf and looking at them, I decided to buy my new shoes on their website instead. I don't feel like it was my job to ask the employee for help especially since he was just staring at me the whole time from the counter top with no other customers to keep him preoccupied. If it weren't for the gift cards and the fact that i have to use them at Foot Locker, I would have taken my business to another company entirely.
