Awesome customer service! Brought my 4 year old in for new shoes that he was having anxiety about. Employee was so helpful and patient measuring his foot for shoes size and letting him take his time picking and trying out. I really appreciate great customers service!! Eased our experience that was already stressful.
I haven't stepped foot in a Payless for so long, they have some awesome deals, and this location specifically had a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
