Best customer service, anywhere.
The customer service was excellent and I liked the selection of shoes. Prices were also good.
The balloon on Google Maps is still in the wrong place! It is just off off St. George Blvd (I-15 freeway exit #8), on the East side of the freeway in the outlet shops called "The Shoppes at Zion."
Had the best time looking for shoes today. Abraham was sooo patient and helpful with me. I love there Bobs, best shoes ive ever had. Thanks for the excellent service.
However, when I got back home (Los Angeles), I found two different shoes in one of the boxes. While I accept responsibility for not checking this, I probably shouldn't have been able to leave the store with mismatched shoes. This should have been checked when I paid - but this can be easily fixed. It's just inconvenient. Lesson learned.
Shoes were at a great price way cheaper then Famous Footwear.
