My last pair of shoes was purchased on Nov 3rd and I tried to return them a few days past their return policy date (14 days). I admittedly had worn them outside. They refused to take back the incorrectly sized (and barely worn) most recently purchased, pair of shoes that I paid almost $200 for. That's not accounting for the other pairs of shoes sitting in my closet that I won't be able to use. I guess I put too much trust that their sales team to know what they were doing
The most they would do is put in the notes the correct size shoe if I ever purchase from them again. I think NOT.
They have a horrible return policy on their insults! It is better to buy the insults online.
This has been an ongoing problem for months and several pairs of shoes have been purchased from them hoping it would correct my problem.
I didn't end up purchasing anything from the store because I was able to get the shoes Mark suggested at a lower price elsewhere, however the experience was so much better than I had anticipated! If you have constant foot pain or a standing job (like me), please go see Mark at Foot Solutions. Your feet will thank you!

Mark assisted me today, and I was blown away by his knowledge, patience, and kindness. Mark took very detailed notes about the way my feet measured (left a bit larger than right and such), and also answered by questions about feet in general with the grace and dignity of an experienced pedorthist. I know more about my feet now than I ever knew before...and the best part is, he NEVER tried to push a sale on me, or make me feel obligated to him in any way for the information and time spent on helping me learn more about what types of shoes would be most comfortable for my feet. We talked for about an hour and a half!
Due to my foot sliding forward so far, I was not sitting on the orthotics properly. My correct shoe size has now stopped my "ingrown" toenail issue also, because I'm not sliding forward in the orthotics.
Terrible customer service. I had a terrible interaction with a fellow by the name of skylar. I will definitely never enter that store again.
Beware that "Foot Solutions" in St. George fits you correctly. I lost hundreds of dollars in visiting the podiatrist multiple times, having to refit my orthotics, and purchasing the wrong size and width shoes because of their recommendations. The podiatrist found that I am a Size 9 Wide not a 10 Medium (B).
A full service shoe and orthotic store. Older employees have very good product knowledge and customer service skills, younger ones seem a bit clueless. Nice selection of Birkenstock sandals in stock, not so much for Birk shoes but will order. It's a retail store, however, I had a very pleasing experience and with the impressive product knowlege, and the wonderful service, I left with a value added, via education and service feeling!
