Purchased mine and my wife's wedding rings from Morgan Jewelers 5 years ago. We got the lifetime warranty (so worth it) on both rings and Morgan Jewelers have been great to work with. They have taken care of all of our issues, no questions asked. We take our rings in every 6 months for the warranty inspection and to have them sent out for polish and rhodium dip. They always come back looking like new. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Morgan Jewelers and associates went above and beyond for me. My ring was in disrepair and missing a couple of stones, and some even cracked. I am very hard on my jewelry, wedding ring included. I had been to a couple of other jewelry stores in town, but with the design of the stones, no one wanted anything to do with it and told me it could not be fixed or it would be too expensive with no guarantee. A gemologist told me about Morgan Jewelers and so off I went expecting the same answer. They concurred that the ring had been through "the ringer", but they would send it off. It came back restored and BEAUTIFUL! Like New!! Two weeks later one of the stones fell out of the ring again. I took it back and they really went the extra mile to be sure the stones would stay secure and they did not charge me one penny more for the additional work. The initial repair was also reasonalbly priced!! Thank you Morgan Jewelers! So impressed with your customer service, repair service and products. They even called me when they moved to be sure I was aware of their new location in the mall.
These guys are great, they repaired my watch for free. I would recommend them to anyone who needs watch repair or jewelry!
