I am very impressed with how well the employees are trained and how I was treated as a customer. This is a very neat and clean pawn shop...that is nicer than most normal retail stores!
I finally went shopping in this family pawn, i was greeted nicely by a young lady then i proceeded to look at knives and guns where I was met by Noah, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and helped to work a deal that made me leave happy. He is polite and communicative, if you end up in this location and he doesnt find you first you should look for or ask for him if you want the best prices and service available
Family Pawn is one of my favorite stores in this town. Every emoloyee that I've dealt with in my time going here exemplifies great customer service. They have a good selection of items at fair proves and they ha2vr layaway, which I love. My son is really into gaming and this is the only place I will buy him a new system or games. No need to spend a fortune elsewhere!

I haven't had much experience in a pawn shop but the employees were very friendly, professional, and the whole process was incredibly simple.
