Fortunately I was able to locate them. The amazing owner had me send down my original appraisel and a picture. He was able to have my ring remade. And I couldn't be happier. One would never know it was not the original ring in all our wedding pictures.
If I could give negative stars I would! I have never been treated sooo poorly! Worst customer service ever!!!!! never responded to us or let us know anything about our ring! Then we you asked about they give attitude and get snippy with you!

My husband purchased my amazing wedding ring from them in 2007. Unfortunately in 2012 the ring was stolen. In 2014 we was ready to get it replaced, hoping for the identical ring. However they had relocated from West Jordan to St. George.

I went to this place to get my wedding ring checked and cleaned after another jeweler had damaged it. They took the time to make sure my ring was in immaculate condition. They were also able to immediately diagnose what had happened to the ring. They really know what they were doing and my ring hasn't looked better since I bought it. Their customer service was above and beyond anything I have ever seen in a jewelry store. They did amazing work even with the smallest cleaning. I would go to them with all my jewelry needs.
