Unprofessional! Today I was speaking to one of SHERRY MCGHEES agents and she HUNG UP ON ME! I have never been treated as a customer so poorly by a business! The customer is normally the priority and in this case unless you have 1,000's of dollars in policies with this agency they treat you like you are unimportant and a nuisance. I am disappointed, is an understatement. Hung up on? Really what are you ladies? I will tell you what you are not...not professional. Irritated and taking my business and hard earned dollars elsewhere!!!! I believe at one point this agency was decent but apparently it has plummeted to treating customers rudely, to harassing the customer, to not returning phone calls, to contacting and discussing policies with other people other than the client and finally to hanging up on their clients. I do not recommend this agency to anyone and I certainly will try an persuade any family members that are still with this agency currently to take their 1000's of dollars of business elsewhere.
State Farm offers great insurance, and this particular branch does a great job.
