Price is important, and I'm happy to say that I saved quite a bit on my personal and business insurance when switching over to Farmers. However, even though I'm paying less, I'm getting more. Kress and the rest of the office make me feel welcome anytime I have questions or need help with something. I actually look forward to going to their office because they are so friendly and helpful.
Kress is a wonderful agent. He really cares about you and making sure you are insured properly. I have been with Farmers for 15+ yrs and have always been treated with respect and kindness. My claims have always been a good experience. Thanks Kress!!!

We used this guy, it was awful and we finally left years ago. Every time this guy's name is brought up in conversation, people say how he raised their rates or was just confrontational about things. That's been my experience, too. I thought you should know. There are a lot of better Farmers Agents out there. We stayed with Farmers but left this idiot. He will just flat out be a jerk to people when things aren't going his way. REAL unprofessional.
