They don't communicate at all with the customer. They seem completely unaware of what is going on even if you call yourself.

We used Jared as our escrow officer when we purchased our first home here in beautiful Southern Utah. Jared and his staff are very focused, prompt and detail oriented! He spent a good amount of time explaining to us what we where signing page by page and was super pleasant to work with. We refer lots of our family and friends to him. We will continue to go to Infinity Title to obtain Jared and his staff for any and all future title work! d:^)
Jared is the worst. Don't know how this man can even tell himself he does a good job.
