First American Title is by far the best title company. Nicole is AMAZINGLY GOOD at what she does, it's like she grew up doing title work (It's in her genetic make up I think) She was so fast, friendly and knowledgeable it was very comforting.
Love these guys, and that's coming from a Real Estate Pro closing home purchase / sale transactions WEEKLY. We work primarily with Lauren Ortiz who is always the right "speed" for every client, a consummate professional and always prepared. The closing process is confusing as it is, clients need a safe haven at closing. And the office space is gorgeous!
