Then they promptly cancelled my plan. What good is insurance if they cancel it when you use it? What good is going to your local State Farm agent or paying them thousands for years if when you make a claim they drop you.

I've been with Mike Ford for about twenty years. Renters insurance, home insurance, business, auto, motorcycle, wave runners, life... My wife's family had used him so I went along with it. Our pool flooded at a rental property a year ago and the insurance wouldn't cover it. This year a toilet overflowed and damaged two rooms. They did cover that.
I'm encouraging family and friends to find another company. Mike will not have your back when you actually need to use your insurance.
