Great customer service. I've always liked Lifetime products, so we came looking for kayaks. They had several factory seconds that were great and saved us a LOT of money.

Products are great, but the guy who I was trying to work with on buying a basketball standard was a bit of a jerk. Wouldn't make a deal to deliver the standard, I'm paying $1000 and buying a $150 tetherball pole and you really can't throw in free delivery? They wanted like $250 or something to deliver. Googled a local guy who did it for $60. I should have just walked away and bought the standard on Amazon. They need better service here.
Bought my first free-standing basketball hoop from these guys. The employee was really nice and helpful. We told him our budget and he suggested the best bang for our buck. We bought the unit that came in a water damaged box, but only the box had any signs of water damage. The whole unit was intact and perfect. My family has bought their kayaks from these guys because the service and quality of products are tops. Keep it up.
I have a growing list of good interactions with this store and it employees. When I bought my first kayak the sales rep told me to come back on Black Friday where I saved tons of money. He also gave me an additional $10 off when he recognized me in the line to check out. I also came another day to get a small plug for my kayak that was missing and they gave it to me for free. Great staff and awesome products!
