They have offered us a 90-day return policy on the mattress and gave us a discount on the Bedworks Grand Vitae pillows, which we love.
So far we have had great service and once the lighting issue is resolved I will write another review. So far, we appreciate the level of customer care that we have received.

We have had great service from Christopher Shepard, Manager, and also Assistant Manager, Gage Kottwitz throughout the sales process in purchasing a recently returned, Natasha Beauty Rest Black Mattress. Christopher spent extra time with us on our return visit to answer all of our questions and satisfy any concerns we had prior to the delivery, which took about 5 days.
Unfortunately, when the delivery drivers came, the mattress was incredibly heavy and trying to manage it down our hall-way they didn't see our hall lighting fixture and the mattress hit it and broke it. Christopher called us that same day to apologize and let us know that the legal department would be reviewing the photos of the broken fixture and would be in touch with me within a few days to arrange a replacement. I have contacted the lighting company and emailed photos and info to them, as well as Furniture Row, so I expect a complete resolve to this issue very soon.
