I enjoy shopping at Designer Furniture Gallery as each time I have gone in there I have been greeted and helped by Pamela. I appreciate how friendly she is but not too pushy. She doesn't follow me around but does check in at times to make sure I don't have any questions. They have a great selection of furniture and home decor and I always enjoy spending time looking at all they have.
We recently moved. We bought living room furniture for our 'new' to us home. The experience we had with the personnel of Designer Furniture Gallery was simply great. They all very professionally, well informed and most accommodating with everything that we inquired about and understanding that some of choices we made were not quite right and needed to changed. The store was recommended by a friend and we were happy for that because we were very impressed from the moment we entered Designer Furniture until our last transaction. The staff is great, never pushy but always helpful, very willing to work with you. I do not remember them saying no to anything. The furniture is well made, interesting and unusual and the prices very reasonable.
We worked with Brook to pick out all new flooring for our home. She was very knowledgeable about the products and very easy to work with. When the flooring was being installed, she was in contact with us every day and stopped in and checked on our job to make sure we were happy with how things were going. We felt we were well taken care of and in good hands with Brook. The guys she chose to install our flooring are top notch at what they do, hard working, great attitude, and we enjoyed having them around. It was a huge job and they did a beautiful job! We LOVE our new floor!! Thanks Brook for guiding us through this project and giving us a great experience!!! We selected Designer Furniture Gallery to buy and install the windows blinds in our brand new house. The price was lower that those offered by others, and the installation was promised sooner as well. The installation took place as promised .The order and the installation scheduling was handled by Designer's Brook Nyberg, who was always very professional and responsive in communicating with us.
