Not only did Boulevard have to store the items longer than expected due to delays in finishing the new house, but they were intalled efficiently with little disruption. But the most amazing part is that I had to return the refrigerator because it was too deep to open across from the kitchen island. They replaced it with a counter depth version with absolutely no hassles kudos to Haley.
I had high hopes for this store since we had such a great first impression when we bought the sectional. It's all down hill from there. We bought the sectional but it wasn't in stock so we waited for it. A week later we got a call it was in stock, called to arrange delivery, was told it wasn't in stock. Turns out our couch was sold to someone else. Waited another few days for them to tell us just kidding it was here all along but it's going to take a week to deliver cause "we're busy". When they delivered the couch it was wrong. The sectional is 2 pieces and they brought one piece that's gray and one piece that was tan... cool. So now we're waiting yet again for the right piece. It doesn't seem like anyone knows what they're doing there.
We received friendly, professiinal and knowledgeable help in your Mesquite store from Kevin Barrett. Delivery was on time. The delivery team led by Alex were friendly and careful with our orders. They set everything up to our specifications. We are very happy with the quality of the furniture and appliances we ordered. Our home looks wonderful!!
Nice store with a really big selection and several departments. It is like the RC Willey of St George. You have the usual sales team wondering around looking to pounce, but they pretty friendly, overall. The styles are very traditional and maybe a bit old school for my taste, without a lot of modern contemporary options or inventory.
I've updated my review rating because we did get a call from the boulevard and they were more than willing to apologize and help make it right. As a customer, I really appreciate that.
Wow. Great customer service. I bought some couches about 9 months ago and they went bad after only 3 months of use. They tried to deal with the manufacture to get them to repair them. After 6 months, and no success, they decided to fully credit me all the money and I purchased way nicer sofas this time. It was a wonderful experience. My advice is....don't buy couches under $1,000.00 Trust me. You'll be happy. Thank you boulevard!!
