I bought a body sculpting package from Total Health in May 2013, signing only a one page document showing that I had purchased 6 treatments for 50% off the regular price. It was for treatments of ultrasonic cavitation with radio frequency and additional skin tightening treatments. They were sold to me by a very young girl. The girl told me that everyone who had done the treatment got great results. In fact, the website boasts that many people loose 3-6 inches after 6 treatments. When the first treatment produced zero results, I was told that I would definitely see results after the 2nd or 3rd one. However, I never saw any results after 4 uncomfortable treatments, so I asked for a refund on the last 2 unused ones. They absolutely refused to refund anything or stand by their product. Instead they now claimed that the terms of the 'Contract' l were that I had to do the treatments once a week, and if I didn't complete all 6 treatments, the price would go back to the normal price of $500.00 per treatment (double).
This is ridiculously false. I never received any contract. It was just a special bought for a tiny office. Now the business was attempting to penalize me and charge me more because I wanted some of my money back. Horrible business to deal with if you have a problem.
I was skeptical about doing the body sculpting but I had a few friends that did it and it worked for them so I gave it a try. Its pretty awesome. I recommend Total Health Utah.
I have done the Body Sculpting and many other services at Total Health Utah (DermaPen, PhotoFacials, injections, and purchased skin care products) and I totally love Total Health Utah. They are affordable and treat me like family.
