I went to the hospital in Mesquite today (21st)
A phone call to Te's office revealed that my lab instructions were sent to a hospital in St. George.
Seems as though no one there knows what is going on.
I'm 6ft 2in. tall, weigh 235 lb., and have a mustache!
They assured me that they would do this.
Then, 2 days prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Te's office requesting that I move my appointment to a day 2 weeks later.
I was told that I was supposed to have submitted a blood sample a week earlier on the 15th prior to the original appointment.
Doesn't instill much confidence in your medical provider.
I waited for over a month for an appointment.
They rescheduled my appointment to one week later.
Dr. Te needs to reorganize his front office operation and scheduling.
at 11:00am and they had not received my lab instructions from Te's office.
This was never communicated to me.
I'm serious.
I wasn't told anything about a blood sample.
On the lab instructions they provided they had me listed as a female!
Update: On Nov. 20th I called Dr. Te's office and requested that my lab instructions be sent to the hospital in Mesquite.
You can't make this stuff up!
They then sent them to Mesquite as I initially requested while I waited.
