The one time I went to Dr. Ott on a referral, I was traumatized, treated cruelly, and laughed at by him and his staff as I cried out in pain after being denied anesthesia.
I am a new patient called to schedule and appointment. They didn't have anything till a month later however, they asked about my situation put me on highest priority on cancellation list & contacted me a couple hours later to get me in. The staff was amazing! Dr. Ott was very knowledgeable and explained a lot to me. Thank you all for such a pleasant visit during the most painful time. I will definitely be staying here at this office!
Dr. Ott has been great. His office staff are always sweet and helpful, and he spent a good deal of time discussing my concerns with me. I also have loved Dr. Chalmers at this office as well as their nurses.
