They were able to catch, treat, and eliminate a very rare heart problem. After DR Gleed and Dr Jones took care of me like one of their own, I will never go to a different heart practice again. Thanks for saving my life.
Always timely appointments, Dr. and PA take all the time necessary to answer questions and concerns. Been a patient for almsot two years and it's about as good as it gets. Regardless of how good they are, no one wants to be a heart patient.
One star it's too much to qualify the service in heart of dixie. We have had a PA Colby peterson that was taking g two months to finally send my husband to the catheterization test. He almost died. He had a valve replacement 6 years. It went bad and he didn't send him to the right tests. We went to see him a couple times and he was looking very irritated. Well if he could send him to the right test at the very beginning we didn't need to start bothering him that much. I can't believe it that he didn't have any compassion and I really don't know why he is still there. St George needs another hospital to compete with it, so people will strive to do better. Cone on people you are working in a warehouse you are working with people that depend on your knowledge to get better and have a better quality of life.
The staff was very rude and unfriendly in the front. They didn't acknowledge me in the waiting area and seemed irritated when I tried to get their attention at the front desk. Won't be going back.
Dr. Gardner was so great, save my husband's life three years ago but ever since then the staff has gone to crap. Very rude and onery. Can't trust them to get things done. We updated phone numbers a year ago and no matter how many times we updated it his parents were still getting reminder calls instead of us. Total idiots that really don't give a crap ever since Dr Gardner left.
