The staff at Hearing and Balance are great. Dr Luekenga is outstatnding and has been very professional and helpful with adjustments that make my hearing aids work best.
When I decided to look into hearing aids, I came to see Dr. Luekenga for his expertise to find out if I was a candidate for hearing aids. I didn't really want hearing aids, but they all made me feel comfortable and helped me understand my own needs to be able to enjoy big groups again. I can honestly say that the whole office has made me feel like I'm their only patient. They try to make it convenient for me with appointments and maintenance cleaning. They are all so kind and friendly and most of all helpful with all my needs with my hearing aids!!!
I went here for my tenitius, it was starting to get worse in both ears. I knew I was having trouble hearing too, and a hearing test proved that. Dr. Luekenga was very thorough and explained what was happing to my hearing in terms I understood. He suggested hearing aids and explained how they can be adjusted to help with in the range of my hearing loss. He wasn't trying to "sell" me at all. He covered all my options. I tried the hearing aids with no pressure to buy. I'm sure he knew it would open up my world again to all the sounds I was missing out on. After a 30 day trial I was given several options of payment and cost ranges. I walked out feeling very satisfied with my service and the hearing aids.
Each time we visited your facility we were treated as honored guests. Ample time was spent informing us and helping us to understand and make the wise decisions.
