Not a very pleasing experience. We called and made reservations. We got there. They didn't actually put our reservation into their system. My steak was not cooked how I wanted it. They forgot to bring me one of my side dishes. Our waitress was not very personanable. And, it took a very long time to get our food. The food tastes good the next day, though.
Since the new owners we are seated quickly, but we have had to wait over an hour for our food to be brought out. They've removed some of our favorite menu items and the portions are smaller. They also over season their chicken to the point my mouth is burning by the time I'm done. They could use a lot of improvements unfortunately and we usually love Outback.
Always a great meal. Service pleasant. This time, like most, my sirloin steak wasn't cooked to order. Rare with a cold center (Blu) came out medium rare plus. The cut of meat was flavorful, but if it had been cooked to order I would give five stars.
This was a nice experience tonight. We all had steak, mine was chop steak but it was very good. My wife and the wife of friend of mine had a 6 ounce sirloin it was very tender and done to their liking for only $6.99. Very nice experience.
I'm giving a 3 star average: 4 for the food, but not impressed with the 2 star service. They must not be familiar with Sunday lunch customers, as we waited in the foyer until a waitress noticed us, and went to go get the host. The waitress asked if we wanted bread, my wife said yes, then forgot it when she came back. She was reminded 2 times afterwards and we finally received it after our meal arrived and we had started eating. The waitress was very friendly and nice, clean restaurant, delicious food. The food was amazing!! Cooked perfectly! So delicious! The dessert was scrumptious, huge piece of cheesecake! Frustrating to walk back to the bathroom and most of the staff are seated like customers at a table hanging out and shooting the breeze. Not sure what your policy is on professionalism and customer service, but my visit to subway earlier for breakfast beat you by a landslide!!
