I visit Texas Roadhouse occasionally and my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. We were seated quickly and Our hostess (I didn't catch her name) was kind and courteous. The booth we had seated at was not properly cleaned from the previous guests. One of the benches was splattered with gravy. Our server, Gabi, failed to bring utensils to the table when she initially came by to introduce herself and get our drink orders. When she brought our drinks (soda), she still didn't bring utensils and we had to ask for them. While waiting for our food, Gabi failed to bring additional baskets of rolls and was not attentive to making sure drinks stayed filled. The food was prepared as ordered and was served hot. Our drinks were never filled after the initial serving. The table behind us asked a different server for refills on their drinks. The server replied, "oh, we're closed. I could get get you some water, if you'd like." Ummm.....What? No one said anything about drink refills being unavailable after "closing".
Sorry Texas Roadhouse, but if you're going to let people remain in the dining room after the doors are locked, the service needs to remain the same as if those people were visiting just after opening.

Love getting there and snacking on peanuts while enjoying the fun atmosphere. Obsessed with their delicious rolls with cinnamon butter, and there steaks are always mouth watering! Of course my husband try’s to catch a good game too while we eat! Seriously love this place! Brings me back to when we lived in Texas! Could eat here every night!
I am always very happy with the food. I love Prime Rib and they do an amazing job with this! The restaurant is noisy, I don't love that but it is worth it. If I don't want to deal with the noise, we order take out. They do a great job with their take out service.
Decent food. I did not like seeing kids rub their noses and then sticking their hands in the peanut barrel. I think this practice needs to stop as no one can control who is touching the community peanuts. Other than avoiding the peanuts why waiting for a table, I would say the food is good and would be exactly what you would expect from this chain.
Wow! So much scrumptious! Foods is like an sexy cake angel descends in my mouth. Salads is so health. Beefsteaks is so smolder. Melts on my tongue. Staffs are sexy..
