Not only were the pizzas delicious, but the customer service was fantastic and the wait time was surprisingly short. My family can't wait to go back through St. George so we can stop by Riggatti's again!
Great environment. Great food. Amazing prices. $2 slices on Tuesday lunch. With a $3 salad it was awesome.
I went to Riggatti's with my family while we were passing through St. George. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a carnivore pizza. While we were waiting for our pizzas, we ended up ordering two dessert pizzas, too: cinna-stix and peach cobbler. When one of the employees overheard us ordering the peach cobbler, he said, "If this is your first time getting the cobbler pizza, you won't be disappointed." He was absolutely right! The four of us at all four pizzas in record time and talked about how we haven't had such good pizza in a long time.
Very dissatisfied. Not only was the guy on the phone extremely rude describing that they only have one sized pizza now but they didn’t have delivery as they were short staffed. To make things worse, they forgot pepperonis on both pizzas but charged us for them and the breadsticks were not cooked all the way. Going to their competitor across the street from now on. Won’t be back
The pizza is great, if you can get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for 8 minutes now, after getting hung up on while I had been on hold 2 minutes before. We tried the Washington location but it was a 90 minute wait. Riggattis, we love your pizza, but if you know you are going to be this busy on certain days you should get more ovens and hire more workers!
Forget the pizza, the customer service I received was amazing! Very pleasant first time experience. I was truly shocked at how professional, engaging, helpful, and courteous the staff was. I felt dumbfounded because you just don't see that very often, and I certainly wasn't expecting that from a pizza place. Whatever this owner is doing, he's doing it right. Nice to see happy employees!
