Simply asked for extra cheese on a single slice seeing as how they could pop it in the oven to warm it up for you, I figured this was possible. Apparently it was not. I then asked for a side, perhaps a little container, of cheese for me to add myself to my pizza. Not possible either. I just figure that reasonable requests should be able to be met in any establishment if they have the ingredients or objects available.
UNDERCOOKED MEAL : POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE : NO THANK YOU
I am usually satisfied with their food. However, for the second time, my meat was not cooked. The first time it was the chicken. It was very undercooked. Now it was my kid’s meatball. The first time this happened I brought the meat back and they tried to work with me.
What a great place top grab a fantastic pizza. The extra large pizzas barely fit in the to go box.
UPDATE: If you need to validate my story on poor customer service, just scroll down on every SINGLE negative review that they've received. They call people dumb, they call them liars, and flat out BULLY them on their responses. What a classy place. There is a picture attached to my post. There is no denying that it is under cooked. It was a $4 meal, not worth a negative review. PS: the chicken incident was a few months back.
On top of all this, they started a new policy that they ask for a credit card for take out over the phone when you order. I later found out that when a “take out order” doesn’t show up to pick their food, they charge the employees for it. Really? That is so unfortunate.
Great food for the price, they have a pizza lunch special that my coworkers and I regularly go there for. The menu is pretty simple, food is good, and a great value. I'm not a big pizza eater bit as far as I'm concerned it's one of the best places in St George. The location is a bit funky and they'd probably do a bit better on the Boulevard. Service is hit and miss, generally they have college and high-school aged kids waiting tables. Depending on who it is your waiter/waitress may be on the ball or completely forget you are there...overall it's a nice place and I would recommend it.
Always been an excellent dining experience. The food is prepared overall with care. Ingredients are homemade even their crotouns in their Caesar Salad. Pizza dough is made everyday fresh. I was informed too that their flour use to make the dough is unbromated and unbleached. That's absolutely healthy-oriented. I love the idea that the owners are health-conscious. It means they care about their costumers. I highly recommend this place. Everything is delish!!!❤

This time a small built Asian lady started arguing that it was the sauce. I had a picture of it so I explained that you can cut it open and she will see it. She continued in an angry voice that it was cooked. Out of no where a gentlemen (who I assume was the head cook) jumps into the conversation. He is visibly more upset than the lady. He continues to say that it is cooked, I asked them to cut it open so they can see it. All of a sudden he grabs the food and throws it about 6 feet into the trash can. He says “Fine, you will get your food give me 30 minutes.” After a few minutes, I came to realize that they were so upset over a kid’s meal that was worth $4.59. I can’t believe that they would be so frustrated over this so I told them to keep their food and I walked out. I explained that this was very inappropriate and it is no way to treat a customer.
