I was there on a busy day. They were understaffed and the service want too bad, but it esse inconsistent. The food is standard Mexican fare. I would go again, but I wouldn't expect anything special.
This place is so good! Their chille rilleno is the best we've ever had. We always visit Ernestos when we're in St. George!

They have the best chips and salsa! I also love the fried ice cream
Excellent food, some of the wait staff is slow...if you talk to the owner you can get some off menu items like ceviche.
