I love Chik-fil-A! The food is always fresh and delicious and comes out fast. I was in there last week at around 1 PM and I heard a noise that went on for several minutes. I turned around to see an employee cleaning the floors with a big machine. The restaurant was full as it was lunch time, the noise and her moving this machine around was very disturbing. The machine left a slight trail of water and there were many elderly people in there who could have slipped and fallen. In my opinion using this machine after hours would have been a better solution. If there was a small area on the floor that needed cleaning, perhaps a mop could have done the job quickly, so as not to disturb your guests.
It's great restaurant. Their workers re super super nice and really helpful. I just personally don't think that their food is worth 5 starts. Chicken is good but not 5 star good.
We usually love chick fil a. The food is delicious and so fresh and so good but the last time we went there through the drive through they forgot a sandwich that we ordered and then tonight we went there again and they forgot an order of nuggets. We checked the receipt both times and we paid for them. We live too far to turn around and go back. :(
Wonderful restaurant! The food is always fresh, the staff is always very friendly. My only complaint is that they constantly run out of seating! I'm not sure I've ever been here during a time when there's not at least one group of people wandering around waiting for a table to open up.
Awful experience! On vacation with my mom and sister, my sister is handicap. The handicap parking is right next to the drive through so people are waiting in a huge line of cars behind our car. I had to literally direct traffic so my mom could pull the car out because someone parked inches away from the side my sister needed to get into. We had to put my sister in the back seat which is extremely difficult for her to do. She has cerebral palsy and is really weak to pull herself into the car. The place was like a chucky cheese. So many freaking kids screaming and running around everywhere. We ate in silence cause we couldn't hear each other. Note to chick fil a : don't put the drive through by the front entrance or by handicap parking.
