Only because I can't leave 0 stars. Not helpful or pleasant employees. Perhaps a sign or two when you enter the building. I don't work for UPS, therefore I don't know policies and procedures. I only want to ship something. Save yourself the stress and use FedEx.
According to UPS tracking my package arrived at the (receiving) Customer Service Center at 2:00am Saturday morning, but isn't scheduled for delivery until Monday. I called UPS customer support, actually spoke to a real person, explained that I was flying to Alaska Monday and had to have the package with me. She gave lots of excuses why I couldn't pick it up today (Saturday). I live 5 blocks from where my package is sitting in the UPS facility, but can't get it because St. George UPS is closed weekends? Really? I see UPS trucks delivering every Saturday!! Is this just a Utah thing? I'm screwed, their service sucks!
Needed to get to a UPS package after they attempted delivery, so I called them and they sorted through 100+ boxes to find mine. They called me right back and told me I could pick it up anytime before closing. Not sure who these other people spoke with that was so rude, but nothing but 5 stars here. Excellent customer service for me.
I highly recommend going here if you need to ship something there are not as many people that go there so you can ship your items much faster.
