I jumped on here looking up the phone number for Back to Perfection for about the fourth time. I saw that there were reviews so I thought I would check them out. I fully agree with the two most recent posts. I have nothing but great experiences with this company and have recommended them to many (more than 3) of my friends and even a relative, that I like. I would not hesitate to hire these guys, they seem to be on the ball and respond very quickly. The work I have needed done always got done while I was at work and surprised me at the speed and quality every time.
I had a leak from my ceiling at about midnight on a Friday and they actually took my call and schedule someone to come out right away the following morning, as the leak had stopped.
They will treat you with the best service and options when that unforeseen issue arises.
We have used Back to Perfection on three occasions and have been very pleased each time. Back to Perfection replied very quickly when we called. They arrived, assessed the situation and immediately went to work to minimize the damage. Working with our insurance company, they clearly communicated with us regarding our options whenever a decision needed to be made. Their eye for detail and insistence on top quality work was very impressive. We truly felt like they were on our side, doing everything possible to return our home to new condition.
These guys are honest and professional and amazing. If you have a disaster you have enough to worry about then wondering if you will get ripped off by the contractor. You can out your whole life in these guys hands and walk away and when you return it will truly be Perfect!
