This place is great and is an incredible value. You can't beat the prices nor can you beat all the amenities they offer. I would definitely recommend them.
Not very easy to work with, bathrooms stink, very loud you can hear Karen talking on the phone in your office with the door shut in the farthest office from the front. You can hear the other tenants in their offices. I felt like I was under some kind of dictatorship or communist regime. Constantly hounding you about using the back door, using too much internet, stringing a fan cord in the hallway because its a hazard, can't touch the thermostat when its 85 in your office, etc. etc. If you want to go somewhere you can just go to work and not get hounded about stuff don't go here. If you want a cheap office then they are great!
Dixie Office Suites has been a good solution for my office needs both as a tenant last year and now utilizing the virtual office program. It is a very professional and clean environment to work in. The amenities cover everything you need in an office setting including: Copy services, both B/W and Color, business mailbox, break room with microwave and refrigerator, high speed internet, great customer parking, and much more. The office staff has been great to work with and fills my needs of having that friendly reception given to clients that come to meet with me or drop materials off for me. I would highly recommend both of these options to businesses that are in need of a professional space to work in and to meet with clients.
