They did a great job with our German Shepard...he’s a big scaredy cat! Excellent place and service!
We get our large breed dogs groomed here and the service is amazing! Our dogs can be a bit roudy and the lead groomer does a great job handling them and keeping them calm. They always look and smell amazing. We love The Gray Dog!
Great experience! We took our Aussie mix for her summer haircut. Very clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable groomers, and they did all they'd agreed to do in the timeframe they'd promised. Reasonable price as well. We'll be back!
I made an appt with this groomer 2 weeks prior to visit. I am from Nevada and have a three hour drive to St George. I gave them info for my Vet the day I made appt to confirm all vaccinations were good to go. I never heard a word from them UNTIL THE DAY I am headed to get him groomed. Sitting in the truck getting ready to leave and my phone rings and the girl tells me my vet can’t verify shot record. I call the vet and they find my records and verify that my dogs rabies are current but can’t verify other vaccinations as the records from my old vet (which is closed down now) didn’t transfer in. So now I have no groomer to take my dog to today because of this mess. Why would any PROFESSIONAL wait until the VERY DAY OF THE APPT to call and verify. Had I known this I I could have had this all cleared up on time. This whole mess ruined my day....thanks allot Gray Dog
I took in my shih tzu for the first time. He did have few little mats so he had to be shaved. I had taken him to other groomers who shave him completely as for here they tried save his hair. He came out looking and smelling great. It's reasonable price and the place looks great. I would recommend this place we sure will be coming back.
