I called to ask questions about their facility. The lady on the phone asked what kind of dogs I had (Shepherd/Husky and Shepherd/Am. Staff). When I said American Stafforshire Terrier she immediately got super edgy about it. When people are biased against my (overly friendly, loving and excessively well socialized) pup, I get pissed. If you're running an animal boarding facility, the least you could do is to be educated about breed temperaments. I'm more than happy to take my business to surrounding boarding facilities and forever boycott this business.
Loved this place! Had my doubts at first because I am overprotective of my dog (people are prejudgemental about all pit bulls). But when I had to go out of town for a funeral, they took care of my girl and gave me a complete report when we picked her up. Also, when we had to have her stay longer than planned because an unexpected trip the ER, they were also worried about us.
I take and pickup my son's dog part of the time for daycare. She is in the Big Dog section. This place is incredible! The staff love animals, they treat them so well. The dogs have a nice covered area that is walled, it feels like you are inside, and a big outside area. They have fans in the covered area, cots, and plenty of fresh drinking water. The yard is so clean always. When it is hot they fill up kiddie pools with a few inches of water, the dogs love it! When done, the pools are immediately emptied. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness. Our dog loves daycare days, she comes home worn out from playing. I think that says it all.
Sadly enought both our Yorkies contracted the kennel cough at this faulty. As I write this we are having to treat the babies twice a day with meds and a vic's steam. Called them and what was said was " well we are always cleaning" My response " clean some more"
Excellent care. Our dog loves to go there. He comes home wore out but can't wait to go back. I highly recommend them.
We will NEVER go back!!!
