The Crosby Family Confluence Park is near where the Santa Clara River runs into the Virgin River in St George, Utah. A trail bridge crosses the Santa Clara river here.
Provides access to various well kept multi use paths. Facilities here are very nice for a public park including clean bathrooms with running water.
Quiet, clean, small park just off the 5 freeway. You have to follow the signs to the visitor center to find it. Shade trees are distributed along the edges only and there is very little sitting areas. We stopped to let our puppy stretch coming from California. Not a dog park per se. Leash required and no water fountains.
There is a museum, gas, restaurants and hotels nearby.
The park has clean restrooms, drinking fountains, a pavilion with tables, grass and small trees. It is pet friendly, handicap accessible and there is a bicycle repair post with air and common tools.
Call it the EMBARK PARK! It's the prime location in St. George to start our next trail adventures. Great bridge and four unisex restrooms make it the perfect pitstop. Close to the Dixie Convention Center and hotels. NO play area though.
What the heck, if you are open minded and going to Vegas, look us up.
The asphalt paved Virgin River Trail North that runs through the park, is for jogging, biking and walking. One direction goes south across the Virgin River. One direction goes along the northern side of the Virgin River. Another paved trail starts here and goes northwest along the Santa Clara river. There are some small unpaved trails here as well.
The park is at the end of Convention Center Dr, east from Riverside Dr, that is on the south side of the I-15 Bluff St Exit 6.
