Not sure they know what's going on here. Rented is a one way truck and when we arrived at our destination the paperwork was all effed up. Almost cost us another 30%. As it was, it took over an hour to resolve.
Bad customer service, would not recommend using them with the current staff.
However, we spoke with the national Penske rep on the phone before we arrived in St George. She was pleasant, easy to work with, and permitted us to keep the loaded truck an extra week until we could arrange the resources to unload - at no extra charge.
Relocated across the country and rented a large moving truck that reached a top speed of 23 mph up any significant hills. Needless to say, the journey took about 64 hours rather than the expected 45. This caused us to miss the group we had scheduled to unload upon arrival.
Just had to drop a truck off. No representative interaction was needed
