Horrible. Weird hours inconsistent hours. Very rude.
I had the best renting experience with monarch, very easy to work with. I went in 10 days into the month and said I was moving out of the storage unit. I just unexpectedly received a refund for the remainder of the month. Monarch might not be the nicest storage units but they defiantly make up for it in customer service and reasonable prices.
Great guys!! Wonderful prices. Not the most high-tech -- but it's storage!!
No automatic door to get in the gate! The gate it self me, my husband, and his brother to push it open. I will never come here again
