Take out service is really quick and never had a problem.
Very friendly staff took good care of us. My missing star is because I am always disappointed with my entree. I would have been able to leave 5 stars if I'd remembered to just have chicken gnocchi soup with breadsticks (both of which are excellent) and go straight to dessert! Love their $2.99 small taste desserts, limoncello mousse is to die for!

Service was great. I don't think I've ever had the entrees come to the table so fast. This was both good and bad. Good because I didn't eat as much salad and breadsticks as normal and was actually about to finish my entree. Bad because I love Olive Garden's salad and Breadsticks and would have liked a little bit time to enjoy them. Overall, great service this time around.
I did have a minor problem: I found some of the plastic in my salad from the bag. We told our waitress who immediately got a manager and we were given coupons and a fresh salad.
Minutes for the salad to come out (only 1 person ordered salad) , no soup. Waitress says she will be right back with soup....waited 10 more minutes for soup and then it was delivered the exact same time as the meals. No salad dressing on the lettuce! Noodles over cooked and literally fell apart when attempting to pick them up with a fork. Place wasn't even busy....our table was so full of extra dishes because the waitress never took any dirty or extra clean ones with her. Never came back to the table, so therefore no refills on water, endless pasta bowl or breadsticks (guess the 3 she gave us, for a table of 4 was supposed to last the whole. Meal.... Paid using the tabletop kiosk self pay machine. Ugh! So mad!!!!!

The service was OK, but the main course arrived much too quickly. I barely had time to taste my soup when the waitress brought my dinner. She should have been more intuitive about the timing, since I brought a book with me, and clearly was not in a hurry to finish my meal. The breadsticks were not fresh, but the minestrone soup was good.
Great food, fast service, and friendly servers.
