I called in a order half an hour before they closed and had several issues. The woman in the phone seemed extremely annoyed and was very rude. I felt terrible for ordering so late, but ended up at the store ten minutes before close ready to pick up my food, which was ready (kudos to them here). When I got home, they had forgotten to put in utensils napkins and gave me an incorrect order. I’m assuming they were out of the sweet pork (which I ordered), but they gave me their beef which was really disappointing. This happened in both of the items I had ordered. I know it’s not polite to order so late, but I really expected at least a decent visit.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I ordered online and came into the location on time. They told me the food wasnt done quite yet i waited 25 minutes watched people in the line finish their orders and leave before me. I didn’t find out till after the fact that my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me. I never left the counter i was waiting there the whole time. Watched the two workers act like children flirting with each other while our food and 2 other ladies food gets cold. Because they were far to busy with each other than to help customers who already paid for their food. I will not be going back to that location. (St. George UT)
Food has always been delicious! Never a lesser quality. Prepared fresh... yum! I especially love the fun and exotic drink choices. The only occasional bad side is that the waiting line can occasionally grow quite enormous... but usually the line isn’t too bad.
The food here is really great. Prices and cleanliness are fair. I have been eating here for years and have always enjoyed it. Customer service is great too.
Food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is usually not so pretty except my last visit. The gentlemen working in the dining room was doing an exceptional job. I believe his name was Aaron. He was greeting almost every customer, wiping down tables, and making sure the drink station and garbage's were nice and tidy. I know he made me feel like an important customer, and I hope kindness is returned to him as well. Go Aaron!! :)
