Ordered two, two topping pizzas, they got one wrong and one right. Paid for 6 garlic dipping sauces, got ranch. I HATE RANCH. They send the driver back, I received the correct pizza, but got more ranch yet again
Disappointing lately! More often than not, my orders have been wrong. I will order cheese breadsticks and they say "it's difficult to see CHEESE on the orders", last week wend ordered our usual and it was soupy... today they put white sauce on and the order clearly said classic marinara sauce... how can they mess up so often?
The driver wanted to charge me $5.84 for finally bringing me the correct pizza and wrong dipping sauces (for the second time). I told him to keep the pizza and he told me he was just going to throw it away. Sad to say I'll be going to Dominos from now on, I'm going to miss stuffed crust pizza. *UPDATE* Manager very unhelpful, making excuses for poor service, told her I don't want a credit for more bad food and bad service.
Worst experience ever!!! Very rude couldnt even find my address and was very distasteful and disrespectful. Worst experience EVER.
We love the customer service at this pizza hut. We've made it our go to pizza delivery because of it.
The people are nice, they fix any problems that are made. VERY accommodating. Good food, they must have a great cook!
