About a year later and I am still waiting on that gift card...he was supposed to mail it.
I am very impressed. I ordered from here via phone and there was a mix-up where the girl accidentally ran my transaction twice (not a big deal, simple mistake) . I noticed it a few days later and spoke to a manager (I don't remember which) and he took care of it very professionally and even gave me a gift card for more than my transaction was worth for my troubles. Excellent food and excellent management.
Always good for lunch with their Specials. ..can be quick or stay and linger....friendly staff, clean restaurant. Salad bar never disappoints....large lemons for the bubblie Diet Coke....
Food is HORRIBLE couldn't find the food on the plate there was so little of it. Employees were rud & acted like life was a bother. I've given this place too many chances never going back.
I used to love going here but lately they've seemed to be going a little down hill. Their bread twist are no longer proved enough to make the airy twists they are at the main location. Their leafy vegetables are wilted and browning, and the noodles seem to be over cooked. The only reason they are getting a 3-star is because they haven't switched to that horrible new coke cola machine that all restaurants have. Hopefully it will change soon so we can have our favorite restaurant back.
I give these guys 5 stars for their breadsticks, but the reality is that their pizza is marginal at best and overpriced for what it is. I've been there a few times now and never walked away thinking I'd finally found "their" pizza. If they were called The Breadstick factory, that would probably be a better title. However, if you're there for pizza- go a few doors down to Pizza hut where the pizza is sadly quite a bit better.
