My wife really likes PJs, but I can't imagine we'll go back anytime soon. The lack of attention to detail and recent quality issues are a real disappointment. I guess one store really can ruin it for the entire business.
0 stars, really. My husband picked up a pizza on the way home from work and didn't realize they had given him the wrong one until we opened it up at home. We lived on the other side of town at the time and didn't want to drive back, so we called and asked them if they would deliver the correct pizza (mentioning that we would definitely tip the driver since it was not his error) and they said no. The manager was no help so we asked to speak to the owner. He refused to take our call. We called again the next day and the next until we finally got him on the phone. My husband calmly explained the situation and expressed our disappointment in their lack of customer service. We weren't angry--we just wanted to make him aware of the situation. Crazily, he started yelling (yes, yelling) at my husband, saying the pizza was correct and blah blah blah. My husband tried to calm him down, but it was obvious we weren't getting anywhere with him. The guy seemed slightly unhinged, so at that point I contacted corporate to make them aware of his behavior. They never responded. Haven't eaten at a Papa John's since.

Week 1: Ordered 2 XL Works pizzas online. I received a large pizza, and it was topped with only chicken and peppers.
Called three times and got put on hold. No one ever came back on the line, Bye, bye Papa John!!
We haven't ordered from Papa John's in over a year. The reason? Same issue over and over. We always order dipping sauces and we NEVER receive them. Our local Papa John's in Saint George Utah has the most horrible customer service. Today when I received our order and the dipping sauces were not in the order, I called the store and spoke with the manager. I asked him how can we solve this problem? He said, you can order somewhere else.
Week 3: I ordered 2 XL pizzas online, but it appears they thought they were making medium pizzas tonight. The crusts were XL, but the toppings started a clear 3" from the crust, and were very skimpy as well. I'm including a picture for your viewing pleasure.
Week 2: I spoke to the manager the week prior, he told me to call in for a free pizza the next time. I called and ordered the free XL Works pizza, but it came as a large, and only had sausage and olives.
Staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. Great pizza but they need to re-evaluate their prices
