Bruce is great and easy to work with. Whenever I bring water in to be tested he gives great instructions on what to do. We had them install a pool on one of our homes and it was fantastic. Fiberglass is the way to go.
If you have home warranty and they send you these guys or Tropical Bullfrog pool and spa, they are the same people. Bruce, is the guy that supposedly helping us never came through and a liar. He keeps telling us he will follow up with our warranty and never did. Great example of bad customer service. I don't want others to be in our situation with this Bruce. We ended up calling the warranty company to give us another pool service company and they did. Johansen's pool service to the rescue. Thanks for nothing Bruce!
We are very happy with the 3-person Bullfrog spa that was recommended. Because of my frequent business travels, I have the opportunity to try many spas at the hotels I stay at. So far, I haven’t found one that comes close to the massage action and comfort the Bullfrog provides.
My husband and I purchased our first hot tub and could not be happier with our experience. Jason answered all our questions and took the time to demonstrate the controls and explained everything extremely well.

Extra thanks goes to one of the staff, Garry Pearce, for making the effort to come out to our house and teach me personally how to apply the chemicals, along with sharing some of his tips, and fixing the squeaking noise that was related to a faulty part inside the spa that he recognized quickly.
