Construction was completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail. They were easy to talk to and willing to accommodate throughout the entire process. In the end we felt like we got the house we wanted and were treated fairly in every respect.
We recently completed a home in Sand Hollow Dunes. Dennis Miller Homes was our contractor. From design to completion we couldn't be more pleased. After we purchased the lot we met several times on-site with ideas for the project, together with Dennis and his team we finally settled on what we all thought would maximize the views that were available and the layout that we wanted. Dennis carefully listened and then skillfully implemented those ideas into the plan.
I’ve enjoyed Dennis, his expertise, and his integrity so much that it wasn’t a difficult choice in having him build our custom homes in Bountiful, UT and in the Highlands at Green Valley in St. George. Dennis is the real deal. He is a man of his word and will deliver on time and within budget. What else could you ask for?

Dennis is honest and a man of his word. He completed our home in the projected time frame, if something was not quite right, Dennis and Jared set out to make it right in a quick and reasonable fashion. They are a pleasure to work with, because they do what they stay they are going to do.
