Buyers BEWARE!! After receiving 8 dining room chairs from them ($4,800) that were completely unstable and not even useable his solution was to charge me ($5,270) to fix the chairs. I brought them to another upholster who said they are unstable due to faulty parts in the chairs. This company is dishonest and doesn't care about its customers!!

I heard about Saville's but thought they were a furniture store not a "custom furniture shop". They need to have an on-line presence so they get their message out. I am not sure if they handle re-upholstering or not.
