The work we need done on a violin was done well, but a bit overpriced. And the guy was quite rude about the quality of violin we had and how horrible it is. Sometimes people can't afford top-of-the-line instruments.
We absolutely love the Music Store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They value their customers and treat you well. Highly recommend.
Went in to buy my daughter a flute. The young lady working was nice enough, asked us what we were looking for, told her I wasn't looking to spend $2000, but knew the $500 range wasn't going to be what we needed. She brought out 3 different ones, I was going to get a list out of the things the teacher suggested, she said, Oh, I don't know anything about them. No one that's here right now can help with that. The guy that knows anything about them is gone until next week! I know my little $1000-$1500 purchase means nothing, but I will not be coming back! Not for the flute or the drum set my son is wanting!
