It took 3 emails for me to get a response that said, "If you come in I can help you with that."

Even after proving income, providing 6 references, giving bank statements, AND adding someone to the account they didn't have the professional courtesy to contact me regarding a refund of my down payment. I NEVER GOT THE ITEM!
The only reason it gets one star is because Google won't let me give them five thumbs down.
After researching further as well, they mark up prices on all materials to make you THINK you're getting a better deal.
Best of the Rent to own places in the area rates are better and you own it faster. The staff is always polite and helpful i have done business with these people for the last ten years and they are good to o work with.
