I only give them a 2 star for the reason that after a year everything falls apart. It sounded amazing at first. Then about alittle before the one year mark the back up camera goes out. They go out and try to fix it, It works for a week then out it goes again. After all that about 2 year mark the complete left side of the truck sound goes out. However if I give them another few hunderd more it might fix the problem. I would have to agree on some of the reviews on here. Alan is a way good guy and has been doing it for years. But I think it may be a lack of quality Im not sure.
ASAP is friendly, professorial, and quick. I just ordered another Backflip bed cover for my new truck. The bed cover came in two days after I ordered it, and they installed it within 30 minutes after I arrived. I've had great service every time I've been here. Thank you ASAP!
I had been to 4 auto repair places and was told they wouldn't even look at my problem. (2007 Mitsubishi headlight issue - special bulb I guess). Someone finally suggested (at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon) that I try Advanced Sound and Performance. I called and they told me to come right over. He looked at my car as soon as I got there (sorry wish I could remember your name - you were great!). Told me to hold on while he looked for it. Came back with the bulb and installed it - I went to walk in with him to pay and he told me "don't worry about it - we take these out of cars all the time". And presto - the problem I had for literally months that nobody could solve was taken care of - and without cost. I love you ASAP! Thank you so much. That is real customer service!!
I've been an ASAP customer for three years and have always been impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have had ASAP install stereo components and interior accessories in a Ford F-150 and Toyota Tacoma. Alan and the guys are easy to work with and have always left my vehicles in prisitne condition following their install. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
