I'm only giving them one star because i couldn't give them zero. They ordered me a new power charger they said would work no problem. Well, it fried my computer which they prolonged on the diagnosis because i think they knew what happened immediately. Instead of making things right i had to remind them of their promise that the new power charger would work. So out a$900 computer that was working fine and after calling them on their promise to the customer they so generously give me $50 off a second rate computer that they tell me is a top of the line one. After doing my research come to find out asus has one of the highest if not the highest customer complaints in the industry. I'm out $950 total and what do they lose? Not much and a customer that won't go to them again. Carma will come around.
This is definitely the best computer store! Very honest, trustworthy business you will ever find and the best deals. I will never go anywhere else for computer services.

They did a service call and while they were there another issue happens, Darren had all my issues resolved in about an hour and I was up and running for business and at very fair prices.
They replaced my laptop screen fast and cheap. The desktop we bought from them is unbelievably responsive with the special drive they installed. Onsite technicians quickly found problmes with our business network and made things more secure and efficient. Always an excellent experience!
