Good customer service from the blonde employee sorry don’t know her name but awesome customer service from her she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and got info I needed the other employees though not so much always pushing me to Renew membership I’m a sales guy I do it for a living I get it but everytime I come in even just to browse that ridiculous and frankly annoying one of the many reasons I don’t go there anymore don’t quite get why I need to come in an hour early for a ticket for a pre order that I have paid for in full and then come back an hour later but I can deal with that but it is a ok store most prices are not competitive at all can get it almost anywhere cheaper
Knowledgeable staff, decent selection. Could use better education on their own promotions and programs.
GameStop does some dumb things for example I could but a game new at Walmart for cheaper than they had it used. They have some for deals. Trading in you're old stuff here is a way to get quick cash but you'd be much better off selling it yourself because they'll give you only a tiny fraction of what it cost.
Okay wait, the gentleman with the long curly hair made the difference at the Game Stop !!! This is a man who knows how to treat his customers with respect, ensuring that I will come back and do business, at least when he is there. I know he'll take care of me. I left a 1-star review yesterday because of the way I felt that I was treated. But today 5 stars!
