Great customer service the manager himself was helping us out, and was fine helping us find shoes regardless of the fact we had a lower budget, Isaac was superb with his customer service, and was helpful in fitting the right shoe.
I don't exactly fit in with the typical Zumiez clientele; but the employees still treated me well and are helpful and friendly.
Was helped by a Kaitlin and she was so awesome. Caring more about the customers needs rather than getting commission for sales. Definitely would go back knowing that she works there
